| (1) | An applicant for an instrument flight procedure design approval or an instrument flight procedure validation approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to verify the validity of any application made in terms of this Part. |
| (2) | A holder of an instrument flight procedure design approval or instrument flight procedure validation approval shall permit an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person to carry out such safety inspections and audits which may be necessary to determine compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this Part. |
| (3) | A holder of an instrument flight procedure design approval or instrument flight procedure validation approval, as the case may be, shall permit an authorised officer, inspector, or authorised person to— |
| (a) | observe the practices and procedures of a holder in performing an instrument flight procedure design or validation; |
| (b) | inspect and test any system and equipment used for, or in relation to, an instrument flight procedure design or validation. |
