air carrier involved in the transportation of cargo; |
| (b) |
person who performs the act of accepting, handling, loading, unloading, transferring or other processing of cargo, on behalf of an operator; |
| (c) |
regulated agent approved by the Director in terms of this Part; |
| (d) |
known consignor accredited by the Director in terms or this Part; |
shall ensure that deputy designated officials and designated officials in his, her or its employ, or personnel provided by a service provider, have successfully completed aviation security training and refresher training every 24 months thereafter.
| (2) |
Deputy designated officials and designated officials shall complete refresher aviation security training every 24 months. |
| (3) |
Screeners shall complete refresher aviation security training every 12 months. |
