| (1) | During VLOS operation, a holder of an RPC shall ensure that a UA has enough fuel or electrical charge to complete the flight, plus a reserve of at least 10%. |
| (2) | During B-VLOS operation, a holder of an RPC shall ensure that a UA has enough fuel or electrical charge to complete the intended flight plus a reserve of at least 10%. |
