The holder of a heliport licence shall—
| (a) | maintain and comply with the heliport environmental management programme(s) referred to in regulation 139.03.8; |
| (b) | operate the heliport in accordance with the provisions of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), and the regulations made thereunder, together with the recommendations and requirements prescribed in any relevant Specifications or Codes of Practice published under the Standards Act, 1993 (Act No. 29 of 1993); and |
| (c) | comply with the provisions of regulation 139.03.8. |
