| (a) | A holder of a free balloon pilot licence may also be required to be the holder of a radiotelephony licence as contemplated in section 31 of the Electronic Communications Act, 2005 (Act No. 36 of 2005). |
| (b) | The requirements for their issue are prescribed in Document SA-CATS 69. |
