| (1) | The operator of a Class 3 helicopter shall ensure that operations are only conducted in conditions of weather and light, and from those aerodromes and over such routes and diversions therefrom, which will permit a safe forced landing to be executed in the event of a power unit failure. |
| (2) | A Class 3 helicopter shall not be permitted to operate from elevated aerodromes in built-up urban areas. |
