| (1) | An enforcement officer shall issue a notice of intended enforcement action to an alleged offender on the appropriate form which shall— |
| (a) | specify the nature of an alleged offence committed; |
| (b) | include evidence being relied upon pertaining to an alleged offence; |
| (c) | invite an alleged offender to make representations in writing on the allegations within 30 days of the issue or service of a notice. |
| (2) | Following a notice of intended enforcement action, an enforcement officer must inform an alleged offender of the outcome either by issuing a notice of no further action or by issuing an offender with a notice of appropriate sanction as prescribed in Regulation 185.03.1. |
