[Regulation 177.02.10 heading substituted by section 36(a) of the Thirty-Third Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2026, Notice No. 7844, GG55226, dated 21 August 2026 and shall come into operation upon Publication in the Government Gazette, save for Part 92, which shall come into operation upon the Proclamation by the President of the Civil Aviation Amendment Act, 2021 (Act No. 22 of 2021]
| (1) | A holder of an aeronautical cartography certificate shall— |
| (a) | comply with all procedures and standards detailed in the manual of procedure; |
| (b) | make each applicable part of the manual of procedure available to personnel who require those parts to carry out their duties; |
| (c) | continue to meet the standards and comply with the requirements of this Part; and |
| (d) | ensure that any suspension or withdrawal of an aeronautical chart, as well as amendment to the contents of an aeronautical chart, are submitted to the Director for approval prior to publication. |
