An application for an aeronautical cartography certificate or an amendment thereof, shall be—
| (a) | made to the Director on the appropriate form; and; |
| (b) | accompanied by− |
| (i) | the manual of procedure referred to in regulation 177.02.1; and |
| (ii) | the appropriate fees prescribed in Part 187. |
