| (1) | Subject to subregulation (2), no foreign air operator shall carry dangerous goods as cargo, except if the operator is the holder of an authorisation in terms of regulation 129.01.2 and as approved by the Director in the operations manual. |
| (2) | The provisions of Part 92 shall apply, with the necessary changes, to the conveyance of dangerous goods by a foreign air operator. |
