| (1) | An applicant for the issuing of a heliport licence shall establish a procedure to notify the ATSU concerned and the Director— |
| (a) | of the heliport data and information; |
| (b) | of any limitation on the use of the heliport contemplated in regulation 139.01.3; |
| (c) | of compliance with regulation 139.03.7; |
| (d) | as soon as possible, of any change which may affect the use of the heliport; and |
| (e) | any other information required in terms of regulations in Part 175. |
| (2) | A notification contemplated in subregulation (1) shall be made in the appropriate prescribed form. |
