| (1) | The holder of a valid Grade II flight engineer instructor rating shall be entitled to exercise the privileges of such rating in the type or aircraft for which the holder is rated. |
| (2) | The holder of a valid Grade II flight engineer instructor rating may give flight engineer instruction for the issuing of a flight engineer licence or type rating. |
