| (1) | An applicant for the issuance of a paraglider Grade A flight instructor rating shall— |
| (a) | hold a paraglider Grade B flight instructor rating and paraglider tandem flight instructor rating for a minimum period of 24 months; and |
| (b) | have conducted and completed an initial training towards the issuance of at least 50 paraglider pilot certificate. |
