| (1) | Notwithstanding the provisions of subregulations (2) to (5), a UA shall give way to a manned aircraft. |
| (2) | A pilot of a UAS shall avoid passing a UA over, under, or in front of a manned aircraft, unless it passes well clear and takes into account the effect of aircraft wake turbulence. |
| (3) | When two UA are approaching head-on or approximately in a manner that poses a danger of collision, each UA shall alter its heading to its right. |
| (4) | When two UA are converging at approximately the same level, a UA which has the other UA on its right, shall give way. |
| (5) | A UA which is being overtaken has a right of way, and the one overtaking shall alter its heading to keep well clear. |
