The Director, or, if applicable, the organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149 of the Regulations, as the case may be, shall issue the appropriate glider pilots instructor rating if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 68.03.1, on the appropriate prescribed form.
