| (1) | An RPC may be issued for the following categories— |
| (a) | RPC (A); |
| (b) | RPC (H); or |
| (c) | RPC (MR). |
| (2) | The following ratings may be endorsed on an RPC— |
| (a) | VLOS; |
| (b) | E-VLOS; or |
| (c) | B-VLOS. |
