| (1) | A CAO shall develop and publish requirements for minimum flight time for assignment and operating experience for a PIC as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 93. |
| (2) | requirements for flight time assignment and operating experience referred to in subregulation (1) shall be incorporated in an operations manual. |
