| (1) | An entity or person referred to in regulation 111.01.1 shall report, to the Director and other relevant authorities, all security incidents immediately and followed by a written report within 48 hours of the occurrence of an event or an incident. |
| (2) | An entity or person referred to in regulation 111.01.1 shall develop procedures for members of the public to report security incidents. |
