| (1) | An air service operator shall establish adequate procedures to ensure that only such baggage is carried onto the aeroplane and taken into the passenger cabin as can be adequately and securely stowed. |
| (2) | For aeroplanes operated under this Part having a MCM of greater than 5 700 kg, the minimum requirements for the procedures referred to in subregulation (1) shall be as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 135. |
