| (1) | The Director shall validate an air traffic service assistant rating if the applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 65.03.5. |
| (2) | The rating shall be validated in the appropriate prescribed form and the validation shall specify the relevant A TS position, where applicable, upon which the holder is entitled to exercise the privileges of the rating. |
