| (1) | The holder of a valid night rating may exercise the privileges of his or her pilot's licence by night. |
| (2) | Notwithstanding the provisions of subregulation (1), the holder of a night rating must, in the case of single-pilot helicopter operations carried out in terms of Part 127, meet additional experience requirements as prescribed by that Part. |
