| (1) | The holder of an AMO shall maintain a record of all certifying personnel, which record shall include particulars of the scope of their authorisation. |
| (2) | The holder of an approval shall provide its certifying personnel with evidence of the scope of their authorisation. |
| (3) | The record referred to in subregulation (1) shall be retained by the holder of the approval for a period of five years from the date on which the certifying personnel member ceases to be authorised by such holder. |
