| (1) | The holder of a free balloon pilot licence shall pay the currency fee as prescribed in Part 187, on the anniversary date of the licence. |
| (2) | Where applicable, the payment referred to in subregulation (1) shall be accompanied by the summary as prescribed by regulation 69.01.13. |
