The expenditure in connection with the execution of the functions of the Aviation Safety Investigation Board must be paid out of—
| (a) | money appropriated by Parliament for such purpose; |
| (b) | levies imposed by, or under, a separate legislation; or |
| (c) | charges for any service rendered. |
