An owner or operator of an aircraft shall ensure that an aircraft is maintained in accordance with an approved aircraft maintenance programme and, where applicable conduct inspections as provided in a condition monitoring programme as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 43 or Document SA-CATS 44, as applicable.
