| (1) | If a DUE fails to comply with the code of conduct or has falsified information during an application, the Director may suspend or withdraw a designation and effect enforcement procedures provided for in Part 185, as deemed necessary. |
| (2) | If a DUE is under investigation or is subject to an enforcement action in terms of Part 185, a DUE designation shall be suspended for a time as determined by the Director. |
| (3) | In case of an unsuccessful oversight, a designation shall be suspended until a DUE has complied with the procedures prescribed in Document SA-CATS 71. |
| (4) | If a DUE is suspected of having conducted tests or checks to an undesirable standard, the Director may conduct more than one oversight annually on such DUE. |
