| (1) |
The Director shall maintain and keep a register of RPCs and ratings issued or validated in terms of this Part. |
| (2) |
A register referred to in subregulation (1) shall contain the following information which shall be recorded upon issuance of an RPC, rating, or validation: |
| (a) |
full name of a holder of an RPC; |
| (c) |
postal and residential addresses of a holder of an RPC; |
| (d) |
date on which an RPC was issued; |
| (e) |
rating held by a holder of an RPC; and |
| (f) |
nationality of a holder of an RPC. |
| (3) |
An RPC holder shall notify the Director within 30 days of any changes to information referred to in subregulation (2). |
| (4) |
A holder of an RPC shall pay the currency fee as prescribed in Part 187 on or before the anniversary date of an RPC, as applicable. |
