| (1) | This Part provides for the— |
| (a) | regulatory requirements and standards for the approval of Electronic Services Organisations that intend to provide, operate, and maintain aeronautical telecommunications used for air traffic services, and radio-navigation services used for air navigation; |
| (b) | operating and technical standards for aeronautical telecommunication services used for ATS, and aeronautical radio-navigation services used for air navigation; and |
| (c) | requirements for approval of Electronic Services Organisations. |
