| (1) | An applicant for the issuance of a paraglider tandem flight instructor rating shall— |
| (a) | hold a paraglider tandem endorsement for a minimum period of 12 months; and |
| (b) | have completed a minimum of 500 flights on paragliders of which, a minimum of 150 flights and a minimum of 50 flight hours shall have been completed on tandem paragliders. |
