| (1) | The Aviation Safety Investigation Board must, as soon as practicable after 31 March of each year, but not later than 31 December of that year, submit to the Minister a report giving particulars regarding the activities of the Aviation Safety Investigation Board during the year which ended on the first mentioned date. |
| (2) | The Minister must cause copies of the report submitted under subsection (1) to be tabled in Parliament within 30 days of receipt of that report, if Parliament is not in session, within 30 days of the ensuing session. |
