Apparel and Textile Association of South Africa

Eastern Province Clothing Manufacturers' Association

South African Apparel Association

South African Clothing Manufacturers' Association

Transvaal Clothing Manufacturers' Association

(hereinafter referred to as the "employers" or the "employers' organisations") of the

one part, and the

Southern African Clothing and Textile Workers' Union

(hereinafter referred to as the "employees" or the "trade union"), of the other part,

being the parties to the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing

Industry,
