| (1) | An employer shall pay the employee the following amounts for completed years of service: |
| (i) | 5 years completed service the amount of R500,00; |
| (ii) | 10 years completed service the amount of R1 500,00; |
| (iii) | 15 years completed service the amount of R2 000,00; |
| (iv) | 20 years completed service the amount of R2 500,00; |
| (2) | For the purpose of this clause, completed years of service shall be calculated from 1 August 2003. |
