| (1) | The Council shall appoint one or more persons as agents to assist in giving effect to the terms of this Agreement. |
| (2) | It shall be the duty of every employer to permit such agents to enter his establishment and to institute such enquiries and to examine such documents, books, wage sheets, pay envelopes and pay tickets and to question such individuals as may be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining whether the provisions of this Agreement are being complied with. |
