(1)

(a)	An employer shall provide, for the use of every employee, all tools and equipment necessary for the carrying out of his work, except the following:

(i)	curling tongs;

(ii)

scissors;

(iii)

clippers;

(iv)

razors;

(v)	neck brushes;

(vi)

strop;

(vii)

razor hone;

(viii)

hand dryer;

(ix)	hairbrushes;

(x)	flat irons

(xi)

combs

(b)	Where the employer has instituted a dress code, he shall supply the required clothing to the employees.
