I, Stephen Rathai, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorized by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(ii) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos R.587 of 27 July 2012, R. 55 of 1 February 2013, R. 935 of 6 December 2013, R. 564 of 3 July 2015, R. 9 of 5 January 2018 and R. 280 of 1 March 2019 to be effective from the date of publication of this notice and for the period ending 31 December 2020.
