| (1) | It shall be regarded as sufficient payment of any claim if a payment is made electronically into the bank account provided and the Sick Benefit Fund Committee shall not be held liable for any errors beyond its control. |
However, if the incorrect bank details of an employee were provided to the Council and the monies was paid into the incorrect bank account due to an error on the part of the employer or employee, the employer shall be liable to reimburse the employee OR the employee shall forfeit these monies (whichever is applicable).
