I, Lehlohonolo Daniel Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, in terms of section 109(2) read with section 106(2A), cancel the registration of Allied Workers and Transport Union (AWATU) (LR 2/6/2/2520) with effect from 29 November 2021.
The name of the Organisation has been removed from the Register of Trade Unions.
