Extension to Non-Parties of the Main Collective Amending Agreement

2. Period of Operation of the Agreement

 

This Agreement is binding on the parties from date of signature until 1 March 2023.

This agreement shall become binding and operational on non-party employees and employers once this Agreement is extended by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain in force until 1 March 2023.
