The definition and application of Family Responsibility Leave to be expanded to include the illness and hospitalisation of a spouse and parents.
| 26.1. | in the event of sickness or hospitalisation of spouse or parents— |
| 26.1.1 | satisfactory proof of sickness or hospitalisation in the form of written confirmation from the relevant doctor; and |
| 26.1.2 | such leave being taken at or around the time of sickness and/or hospitalisation. |
