[The Code of Good Practice on the Handling of Sexual Harassment Cases in the Workplace (Notice No. R. 1367 dated 17 July 1998), has been repealed by Notice No. R. 1394, GG 42121, dated 19 December 2008.
This code was replaced by Notice No. 1357, GG 27865, dated 4 August 2005, in terms of the Employment Equity Act, 1998].
