| (1) | Upon liquidation of the Fund in terms of clause 13(1) hereof, monies remaining to the credit of the Fund after payment of all claims, including administration and liquidation expenses, shall be transferred into a Fund administered by the RMI for the purposes of providing benefits to its members. |
| (2) | Upon liquidation of the Fund in terms of clause 13(1) here, monies remaining to the credit of the RMI Employee Benefit Fund Account, after payment of all claims and expenses, shall be transferred into a Fund administered by the RMI for purposes of providing benefits to its members. |
