| 7.1 | Employees with less than 1 (one) year's service at the time the annual bonus is paid in December each year would receive a pro rata annual bonus based on length of service and calculated on 1 (one) week's wages, calculated on actual basic hourly rate. |
| 7.3 | Employees with 1 (one) or more completed year's service at the time the annual bonus is paid in December each year, would receive 4 (four) week's wages, calculated on actual basic hourly rate. |
| 7.3 | Employees proceeding on full retirement on or after 01 October each year will be entitled to be paid a full annual bonus. |
