| 1 | In the event of the expiry of this collective agreement by effluxion of time or cessation / or any other cause and no subsequent collective agreement being negotiated, the Management Committee shall continue to observe this collective agreement as terms of reference and as a framework for administrative purposes until such time as subsequent arrangements are made and agreed upon by the Parties to the Council and the Provident Fund Board of the Fund. |
