B. Remuneration

6. Long Service Award

 

6.1 To be implemented with effect from coming into operation of this Agreement: long service allowance to be increased to R2.00 per week per year of service.

 

6.2 Every employer must pay each employee a long service award in addition to the wage prescribed in Annexure A. The long service award (as per 6.1 above) per completed year of service and the award amounts will accrue towards a payment in January of each year with payment one week prior to returning from leave.
