| 3.1.3 | Employees whose hourly rate of pay are adjusted to comply with the National Minimum Wage (NMW) will have their hourly rate adjusted to the applicable Industry Hourly Rate of Pay. Those employees, whose hourly rate of pay are above the NMW and the industry minimum Hourly Rate of Pay, will receive the industry hourly increase as per table 3.1.1. |
