H. General

43. Council Levies

 

43.1 Each employer must deduct a Bargaining Council Levy of R2.00 per week from the salary/wage of each employee, with effect from the date of coming into operation of this Agreement;

 

43.2 Employers must pay to the Bargaining Council an amount equivalent to that deducted from all its employees, with effect from the coming into operation of this Agreement;

 

43.3 As per the provisions of Clause 43.3 of Part 1 of this Agreement.

 

43.4 As per the provisions of Clause 43.4 of Part 1 of this Agreement.
