Every employer shall exhibit a legible copy of this Agreement on every job site of more than six months' duration and at the ordinary place of business, in a conspicuous position, easily accessible to all his employees.

Every employer shall wherever building operations are being carried out by him that are of more than one month's duration, display in a conspicuous place accessible to the public, a notice board of a size not less than 60 cm by 45 cm showing the business name and business address of such employer: Provided that where more than one employer operates on a site, the above particulars of all such employers may be shown on one combined notice-board.
