I, Lehlohonolo Daniel Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that Thor Transport Action Retail and General Workers' Union (THOR) (LR2/6/2/442) resolved to change its name.

With effect from 30 May 2018 the trade union is registered as Transport Retail and General Workers' Union (THORN).

The name of the trade union is entered into the Register of Trade Unions.
