I, Lehlohonolo Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, of section 106(2A), cancel the registration of Agricultural National and Allied Workers Union (ANA) (LR2/6/2/2759) with effect from 04 October 2023.

 

The reasons for my decision are as follows:

• The organisation failed to comply with the provisions of section 98, 99 and 100 of the Act, and
• The organisation ceased to function in terms of its constitution

The trade union ceased to function as a genuine trade union as envisaged by the Act

 

The name of the Organisation has been removed from the Register of Trade Unions.
