I, Lehlohonolo Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, of section 106(2A), cancel the registration of Metal, Farming, Entertainment, Retail, Electrical, Building and Allied Workers Union (M.F.E.R.E.B.U) (LR2/6/2/1761) with effect from 16 October 2023.
The reasons for my decision are as follows:
| • | The organisation failed to comply with the provisions of section 98, 99 and 100 of the Act, and |
| • | The organisation ceased to function in terms of its constitution |
The name of the Organisation has been removed from the Register of Trade Unions.
